With over 35 years of combined legal experience, our lawyers have represented individuals, small businesses, corporations, governmental entities, and insurance carriers throughout South Carolina. Our primary focus has been work-related issues involving on-the-job accidents, repetitive trauma, occupational diseases, or exposure to chemicals and other toxins. We have participated in hundreds of workers' compensation hearings over the years. This emphasis has led us into other related practice areas, such as brain and spinal cord injuries, Social Security Disability, and Immigration law. We have handled several complex brain injury cases, participated in many Social Security hearings and regularly provide immigration consultations. We have a Spanish speaking paralegal to assista our Hispanic clients.
Our firm has received an "AV" rating, the highest rating that can be awarded for legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell. We have repeatedly been selected for inclusion in A.M. Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys. Our lawyers' memberships include the SC Workers' Compensation Educational Association, the SC Bar Workers' Compensation Section, and the American Immigration Lawyers Assocation (AILA). In addition to the South Carolina Bar, our firm has lawyers admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and North Carolina State Bar.
